


{"id":10229,"date":"2021-05-27T16:43:55","date_gmt":"2021-05-27T15:43:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/?p=10229"},"modified":"2021-05-27T16:43:55","modified_gmt":"2021-05-27T15:43:55","slug":"taula-rodona-lorientacio-sexual-i-la-identitat-de-genere-en-lambit-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/ca\/taula-rodona-lorientacio-sexual-i-la-identitat-de-genere-en-lambit-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"Taula rodona: l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 sexual i la identitat de g\u00e8nere en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit laboral"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Tiempo de lectura:<\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> 3<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">minutos<\/span><\/span><p>Maig \u00e9s el <a href=\"https:\/\/fundaciondiversidad.com\/mes-europeo-diversidad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mes Europeu de la Diversitat<\/a> i una de les accions que hem dut a terme a Voxel ha estat una taula rodona proposada pel propi grup LGTBI+ de l&#8217;empresa i promoguda des del projecte Organa.<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquesta acci\u00f3,<strong> hem volgut fer un pas endavant cap a la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 sobre la realitat del col\u00b7lectiu<\/strong>, amb l&#8217;objectiu de promoure la inclusi\u00f3 de la diversitat de g\u00e8nere i d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 sexual dins del m\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n<p>En la taula rodona, ens van acompanyar quatre ponents amb diferents orientacions sexuals i identitats de g\u00e8nere, i amb diferents experi\u00e8ncies vitals i laborals. <strong>Sandra Vilaseca<\/strong> \u00e9s activista trans, xarcutera en el grup Bonpreu i castellera. <strong>Lluis Gim\u00e9nez<\/strong> \u00e9s gestor de comptes en Voxel, va n\u00e9ixer el 1981 i \u00e9s gai. <strong>Alaitz Blanquer<\/strong>, exempleada de Voxel, emprenedora a temps complet i activista per al col\u00b7lectiu LGTBI+. I, finalment, <strong>Jose Pires<\/strong>, empleat de Voxel en l&#8217;equip d&#8217;operacions i \u201c<em>gai de naixement<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la taula rodona vam fer un recorregut a trav\u00e9s del cicle de vida de cada persona. Vam con\u00e8ixer les experi\u00e8ncies personals clau que van ajudar al seu autoconeixement i van ser fonamentals en la seva acceptaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 la de les persones que els envoltaven. Finalment, <strong>vam aprofundir en com crear entorns laborals diversos i inclusius amb una din\u00e0mica de normalitzaci\u00f3, sense caure en la mercantilitzaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>La primera etapa: la infantesa<\/h4>\n<p>Totes les ponents van viure la seva infantesa en els anys 80 i 90.<strong> Aquesta etapa la van viure amb incertesa, incomprensi\u00f3 i sense referents.<\/strong> Una situaci\u00f3 \u201c<em>m\u00e9s acusada en entorns rurals<\/em>\u201d, com va assenyalar en Jose.<\/p>\n<p>En alguns casos, aquests dubtes van comen\u00e7ar a aclarir-se durant l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia, etapa marcada per <strong>l&#8217;autodescobriment a trav\u00e9s de les viv\u00e8ncies amb els cercles socials<\/strong>. I tamb\u00e9 per les primeres revelacions a persones pr\u00f2ximes com la fam\u00edlia i amistats.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10437\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/img-contentBlog-Grow_Mesaredonda-LGTBIQ-03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/img-contentBlog-Grow_Mesaredonda-LGTBIQ-03.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/img-contentBlog-Grow_Mesaredonda-LGTBIQ-03-300x120.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/img-contentBlog-Grow_Mesaredonda-LGTBIQ-03-1024x410.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/img-contentBlog-Grow_Mesaredonda-LGTBIQ-03-768x307.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/>Totes les ponents van estar d&#8217;acord que <strong>el suport i la comprensi\u00f3 en expressar una orientaci\u00f3 sexual diferent a la hetero-normativa resulta clau.<\/strong> Tamb\u00e9 ho \u00e9s poder expressar-ho en qualsevol \u00e0mbit per a sentir-se lliure i poder actuar amb naturalitat, com qualsevol altra persona. A m\u00e9s, serveix com a eina de visibilitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un col\u00b7lectiu que lluita per la igualtat de drets. <strong>El coneixement i la informaci\u00f3 sobre realitats diferents a la pr\u00f2pia resta desconcert i, per tant, transforma l&#8217;hostilitat en empatia i curiositat.<\/strong> <em>\u201cA llarg termini es tradueix en normalitzaci\u00f3 i per tant inclusi\u00f3 real, arribant a l&#8217;objectiu final<\/em>\u201d, va destacar en Llu\u00eds.<\/p>\n<h4>Referents i col\u00b7lectius<\/h4>\n<p><strong>La pertinen\u00e7a a un grup o al col\u00b7lectiu LGTBI+ en aquest cas, proveeix de referents, suport i comprensi\u00f3 sobre realitats i viv\u00e8ncies compartides entre integrants.<\/strong> No obstant aix\u00f2, resulta desconcertant i fins i tot impactant, veure com dins del propi col\u00b7lectiu existeixen discriminacions internes, regides per les mateixes regles que marca la societat.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, la Sandra va explicar que <strong>els homes gais continuen sent la figura patriarcal i mantenen i reprodueixen els rols de g\u00e8nere des d&#8217;una posici\u00f3 de domin\u00e0ncia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Extrapolant-ho a altres categories que podrien ser motiu de discriminaci\u00f3 en la nostra societat, ens trobem amb una escala de privilegis dins del col\u00b7lectiu. Aix\u00ed una dona trans, immigrant i racializada, ocuparia l&#8217;\u00faltima baula de l&#8217;escala dels privilegis socials i d&#8217;inclusi\u00f3, aix\u00ed com el primer en discriminaci\u00f3 tant en mat\u00e8ria laboral com en la resta d&#8217;\u00e0mbits de la seva vida.<\/p>\n<h4>L&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 sexual en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit laboral<\/h4>\n<p>Podem les empreses generar un canvi social? En paraules de l&#8217;Alaitz \u201c<em>els biaixos inconscients s\u00f3n el primer mur amb el qual treballar\u201d.<\/em> Una de les principals conclusions en aquest punt va ser que <strong>\u00e9s necessari generar consci\u00e8ncia dins i fora de les organitzacions per a reduir els murs, aix\u00ed com usar palanques de canvi com podria ser el llenguatge.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/img-contentBlog-Grow_Mesaredonda-LGTBIQ.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/img-contentBlog-Grow_Mesaredonda-LGTBIQ.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/img-contentBlog-Grow_Mesaredonda-LGTBIQ-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/img-contentBlog-Grow_Mesaredonda-LGTBIQ-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/img-contentBlog-Grow_Mesaredonda-LGTBIQ-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/img-contentBlog-Grow_Mesaredonda-LGTBIQ-1000x500.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/img-contentBlog-Grow_Mesaredonda-LGTBIQ-670x335.jpg 670w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/>Actualment ja no \u00e9s suficient el respecte entre les persones, sin\u00f3 que s\u00f3n necess\u00e0ries mesures concretes. <strong>Dins de les organitzacions el canvi cultural ha de venir des de dalt, ser conscient i real, fugint de la mercantilitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;accions puntuals i apostant per iniciatives<\/strong> o projectes que mesurin i objectivin l&#8217;impacte de les mateixa per a dibuixar nous rumbs o donar continu\u00eftat a accions reeixides.<\/p>\n<p>En la taula rodona tamb\u00e9 es va parlar que el departament de personal i el comit\u00e8 directiu tenen la responsabilitat d&#8217;impulsar i promoure aquestes accions. Per\u00f2 \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 important que la cultura, els valors, la diversitat i la inclusi\u00f3 real depenguin de totes i cadascuna de les persones de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3. <strong>Totes les persones som les agents de canvi, les que creem i vivim aquesta cultura interna i l&#8217;estenem a clients, prove\u00efdors i altres noves incorporacions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3, les empreses no s\u00f3n m\u00e9s que la suma de les persones que les formen i per aix\u00f2 tenen una gran responsabilitat amb la societat. <strong>\u00c9s a les mans de tots nosaltres generar consci\u00e8ncia sobre les diverses realitats, eliminar qualsevol font de discriminaci\u00f3 i promoure la normalitzaci\u00f3<\/strong> fins a la completa inclusi\u00f3 de qualsevol col\u00b7lectiu, per minoritari que sigui, perqu\u00e8 cada persona \u00e9s diferent per\u00f2 igual a nivell de drets.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa d&#8217;Organa va tenir una gran acollida i participaci\u00f3 de tots els treballadors de Voxel. De la sessi\u00f3 van sorgir noves inquietuds que aviat abordar\u00e0 el Projecte Organa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moltes gr\u00e0cies a Sandra, Llu\u00eds, Alaitz i Jos\u00e9 per la participaci\u00f3.
