Grup<\/strong><\/a> Nomo<\/strong><\/a>, el grup de restauraci\u00f3 especialitzat en la gastronomia japonesa, ha confiat en baVel<\/a><\/strong>, la plataforma de facturaci\u00f3 i pagaments electr\u00f2nics de Voxel l\u00edder en el sector tur\u00edstic i el canal HORECA, per a digitalitzar i automatitzar la recepci\u00f3 de factures de tots els seus prove\u00efdors.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El Grup Nomo aposta clarament per la seva transformaci\u00f3 digital, i \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 que va decidir aprofitar els mesos de menor activitat per a optimitzar i fer m\u00e9s eficients els seus processos de back office m\u00e9s manuals, amb l’objectiu de sortir refor\u00e7at de la situaci\u00f3 actual.<\/p>\n

Per a aconseguir-ho, la plataforma baVel s’ha integrat amb el ERP del Grup Nomo \u2013 ICG \u2013 i tamb\u00e9 amb tots els seus prove\u00efdors. Gr\u00e0cies a aix\u00f2, Nomo \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de rebre totes les factures<\/a> dels seus prove\u00efdors per un mateix canal i pot integrar-les, conciliar-les i comptabilitzar-les directament en el seu ERP.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La digitalitzaci\u00f3 d’aquest proc\u00e9s ha significat una dr\u00e0stica reducci\u00f3 del treball manual en el back office<\/strong> dels restaurants japonesos i tamb\u00e9 un estalvi de temps i de treball administratiu<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, s’han agilitat els processos de resoluci\u00f3 de discrep\u00e0ncies<\/strong> i s’ha aconseguit un major control de totes les transaccions<\/strong>, gr\u00e0cies a la tra\u00e7abilitat completa<\/strong> que ofereix baVel de tot el proc\u00e9s. Grup Nomo tamb\u00e9 ha estat capa\u00e7 d’eliminar al 100% l’\u00fas de paper i l’espai d’emmagatzematge<\/strong> de factures. Actualment, el Grup Nomo ja rep les factures de m\u00e9s del 60% del seu volum de compres a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma baVel. Des de l’inici de les operacions, el grup de restauraci\u00f3 ha rebut m\u00e9s de 1000 factures sense necessitat d’intervenci\u00f3 manual<\/strong>. baVel ha digitalitzat la recepci\u00f3 de factures dels set establiments del grup, les oficines centrals, l’obrador i la divisi\u00f3 de menjar per a portar.<\/p>\n
