En esta, realizamos una agenda de actividades que invitaban a pensar, discutir y construir una sociedad m\u00e1s igualitaria. Las acciones incluyeron <\/span><b>v\u00eddeos reivindicativos, talleres participativos, charlas reflexivas y pel\u00edculas simb\u00f3licas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Durante la semana, contamos <\/span><b>con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 100 Voxelians<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Lanzamiento del video \u201cSoy feminista\u201d<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parte del equipo de Voxel fue protagonista del <\/span><b>video &#8220;Soy feminista&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en el cual explicaban los motivos por los cuales celebran el 8M.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"International Women&#039;s Day 2022 - Voxel\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hOouXwZxmdg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4><b>Taller de micromachismos\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se organiz\u00f3 un taller <\/span><b>impartido por la voxelian Sara Alite<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que ten\u00eda como tema principal los micromachismos o conjunto de ideas preconcebidas, prejuicios y comportamientos existentes a la sociedad respeto los roles de g\u00e9nero. La sesi\u00f3n <\/span><b>cont\u00f3 con m\u00e1s de 30 personas y fue 100% participativa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al inicio del taller, se trat\u00f3 la idea que <\/span><b>el primer paso para producir un cambio es el hecho de nombrarlo. El segundo, hablarlo para buscar soluciones<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. As\u00ed, una de las actividades anim\u00f3 a varios equipos de voxelians a poner sobre la mesa ejemplos de actos machistas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAsumir la toma de decisiones por g\u00e9nero\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201cexplicar chistes machistas\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, relat\u00f3 un grupo. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCuando una mujer tiene \u00e9xito en el trabajo, no ha sido una buena madre\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cpol\u00edticas salariales desiguales por g\u00e9nero\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, comentaron otros. Los hombres aqu\u00ed tienen un papel clave.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenemos que estar dispuestas y dispuestos a <\/span><b>corregir y a ser corregidos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es b\u00e1sico que los adultos sean cuidadosos con <\/span><b>aquello que se les ense\u00f1a o que escuchan las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Hay que invertir en <b>educaci\u00f3n, educaci\u00f3n y m\u00e1s educaci\u00f3n<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Charla de lenguaje inclusivo<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>La voxelian Monica Jurado <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prepar\u00f3 una charla respecto al lenguaje inclusivo. La sesi\u00f3n, acompa\u00f1ada de fotograf\u00edas y v\u00eddeos, present\u00f3 un dec\u00e1logo de lenguaje no sexista<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMujer aventurera\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201chombre aventurero\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no tienen la misma connotaci\u00f3n. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTodos los presentes\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es una estructura gen\u00e9rica formulada en masculino. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLa moto para el padre, y la lavadora para la madre\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hace referencia a estereotipos o roles de g\u00e9nero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas y m\u00e1s reflexiones se pusieron de manifiesto en la charla, y fueron comentadas por los m\u00e1s de 30 participantes. En conclusi\u00f3n, <\/span><b>hay muchas alternativas para expresarnos y hacer uso de un lenguaje consensuado e inclusivo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Proyecci\u00f3n y videoforum de la pel\u00edcula \u201cSufragistas\u201d<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>A cargo de la voxelian Daniela Ramos, se proyect\u00f3 la pel\u00edcula \u201c<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.filmaffinity.com\/es\/film904562.html\"><b>Sufragistas<\/b><\/a><b>\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Esta, relata el movimiento sufragista nacido en Inglaterra e impulsado por mujeres de clase obrera. <\/span><b>Basada en hechos reales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, muestra como entre 1910 y 1919, <\/span><b>muchas mujeres lucharon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> -arriesgando a perderlo todo-<\/span><b> para conseguir la igualdad en el sistema de votaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al acabar la proyecci\u00f3n, se organiz\u00f3 un videoforum en que se hicieron reflexiones como la fortaleza y firmeza de aquellas mujeres por no rendirse en la lucha, as\u00ed como que a d\u00eda de hoy todav\u00eda hay mucho trabajo a hacer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Muchas gracias a Sara, M\u00f3nica, Daniela, Andrea y la Neus<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y a todas las personas por participar en la agenda de actividades. Por crear conciencia sobre la desigualdad de g\u00e9nero existente.
