In this sense, <\/span><b>higher purpose refers to the intention of having a positive impact on one of its other stakeholders <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(in addition to its shareholders) <\/span><b>and not have a negative impact on the rest: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">collaborators, suppliers, society and, consequently, the environment.<sup>1 <\/sup><sup>2<\/sup><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1691572717611{margin-top: 30px !important;margin-right: 40px !important;margin-bottom: 30px !important;margin-left: 40px !important;}&#8221;]<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11905 alignleft\" style=\"margin-bottom: 94px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Recurso-4-8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"29\" height=\"21\" \/> <em><span class=\"quotesPost\">Organizations, as structures of mass collaboration, have a greater impact on society than that of its isolated individuals, as they combine and align their efforts with a shared purpose<\/span><\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<b>The most direct way of having a positive impact on society is through the organizations that comprise it, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">which, in turn, are made up of individuals. Investing in <\/span><b>the development of these people <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(especially at an interior level) promotes and increases their consciousness.
