El fet que els seus fundadors i el seu Comit\u00e8 de Direcci\u00f3 hagin viscut diverses experi\u00e8ncies d&#8217;alta intensitat (aquelles de les quals et fan q\u00fcestionar els teus principis i valors) els han fet guanyar cada vegada major consci\u00e8ncia. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s un cam\u00ed, per tant,<\/span> <b>la \u201corganitzaci\u00f3\u201d va evolucionant de manera cont\u00ednua.<\/b>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1697181763828{margin-top: 40px !important;margin-right: 40px !important;margin-bottom: 40px !important;margin-left: 40px !important;}&#8221;]<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11905 alignleft\" style=\"margin-bottom: 94px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Recurso-4-8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"29\" height=\"21\" \/><em><span class=\"quotesPost\">Ser una empresa rendible i que alhora la gent estigui a gust en ella no sols \u00e9s compatible, si no que \u00e9s molt millor. De fet, \u00e9s indissoluble, no es pot separar la part professional de la humana.<\/span><\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un d&#8217;aquests fets va tenir lloc durant la pand\u00e8mia (un moment de crisi que es torna en oportunitat d&#8217;invertir per a qui disposa de la capacitat financera per a fer-ho) en el qual Voxel va rebre diverses propostes d&#8217;inversi\u00f3, una d&#8217;elles per una quantia tan alta que permetria jubilar-se c\u00f2modament als seus fundadors. No obstant aix\u00f2, van arribar a la conclusi\u00f3 que no volien contreure responsabilitats financeres amb tercers (pel risc de canviar el tipus de decisions que feien en l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3). No t\u00e9 sentit dir-li a una persona que els seus problemes es quedin \u201cfora de la porta de l&#8217;empresa\u201d, perqu\u00e8 aix\u00f2 tindr\u00e0 implicacions no sols en el curt termini sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 en el llarg (no sols per a la persona, si no tamb\u00e9 per a l&#8217;empresa!).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Part d&#8217;aquesta reflexi\u00f3 era que ells no anaven a \u201ctreballar\u201d. El concepte de \u201ctreball\u201d era massa transaccional (una persona rep un salari a canvi del seu temps i esfor\u00e7), la qual cosa no anava molt alineat amb els motivadors intr\u00ednsecs de les persones (autonomia, aprenentatge i prop\u00f2sit)<sup>3 <\/sup> ni amb els m\u00e9s extr\u00ednsecs (reconeixement i connexi\u00f3 social). Aix\u00ed doncs, calia transcendir aix\u00f2: l&#8217;anterior prop\u00f2sit de voler inspirar a altres empreses per a \u201ccrear teixit empresarial sa\u201d i ser \u201cBest Place To Work\u201d havia de canviar cap a crear <b>organitzacions on els seus col\u00b7laboradors tamb\u00e9 poden trobar alineament amb un prop\u00f2sit personal.<\/b>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1697181727162{margin-top: 40px !important;margin-right: 40px !important;margin-bottom: 40px !important;margin-left: 40px !important;}&#8221;]<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11905 alignleft\" style=\"margin-bottom: 30px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Recurso-4-8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"29\" height=\"21\" \/><em><span class=\"quotesPost\">Tothom t\u00e9 dret a ser feli\u00e7, i el desenvolupament personal \u00e9s un dels factors clau.<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Van comen\u00e7ar a consolidar-se idees clau com que tothom t\u00e9 dret a ser feli\u00e7 i que un dels factors per a arribar a aix\u00f2 consistia a continuar fomentant el<\/span> <b>desenvolupament dels individus m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit professional, especialment a nivell personal &#8211; interior. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest segon nivell, el qual comen\u00e7a per l&#8217;autoconeixement (descobriment de les pr\u00f2pies fortaleses, febleses, emocions, necessitats, motivacions, etc.), permet evolucionar, prendre millors decisions cap a l&#8217;exterior i tamb\u00e9 guanyar empatia cap als altres per a millorar les relacions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, els fundadors de Voxel i el seu Comit\u00e8 de Direcci\u00f3 van decidir que volien anar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del fet que nom\u00e9s els seus col\u00b7laboradors fossin m\u00e9s feli\u00e7os i van establir com al seu prop\u00f2sit superior <b>inspirar a altres empreses perqu\u00e8 tamb\u00e9 siguin llocs on la gent es pugui desenvolupar (\u201cGreat Places To Grow\u201d) i ser m\u00e9s feli\u00e7.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El seg\u00fcent diagrama reflecteix com l&#8217;ampliaci\u00f3 de la consci\u00e8ncia i cuidar la felicitat dels individus dins de les empreses pot promoure, al seu torn, una societat m\u00e9s conscient i feli\u00e7.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"img-with-aniamtion-wrap center\" data-max-width=\"100%\" data-border-radius=\"none\"><div class=\"inner\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-shadow=\"none\" data-shadow-direction=\"middle\" class=\"img-with-animation skip-lazy \" data-delay=\"0\" height=\"705\" width=\"1306\" style=\"margin-top: 40px;
