La cadena hotelera quiere eliminar los trabajos repetitivos derivados de gestionar los pedidos, los albares y las facturas manualmente. Un proceso que en muchas ocasiones resulta en errores y una carga de trabajo sin valor para el equipo administrativo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, RIU decide digitalizar la emisi\u00f3n y recepci\u00f3n de pedidos y la conciliaci\u00f3n de facturas a trav\u00e9s de baVel, la plataforma de facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de Voxel Group. <strong>Su objetivo es poder conectarse electr\u00f3nicamente con sus proveedores y conciliar de forma autom\u00e1tica la factura con el albar\u00e1n, sin necesidad de intervenci\u00f3n manual.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Gracias a baVel, RIU ha podido ampliar el n\u00famero de proveedores y aumentar el volumen de transacciones procesadas sin necesidad de ampliar el equipo administrativo<\/strong>.
