Aut\u00f3nomos, pymes y grandes empresas tienen muchas dificultades para recuperar el IVA de sus gastos profesionales y de representaci\u00f3n. La dificultad que supone conseguir las facturas de gastos peque\u00f1os o bien la p\u00e9rdida de tiques son las principales causas. Seg\u00fan un estudio que realiz\u00f3 DevoluIVA, el 30% de los tiques de gastos corporativos llegan a los departamentos contables en un estado tan deteriorado que no sirven para justificar dichos gastos. Por esos, anualmente las empresas pueden dejar de recuperar entre 60.000 y 500.000\u20ac, y en el caso de los aut\u00f3nomos unos 3.000\u20ac de media.<\/p>\n

Por todas estas razones, DevoluIVA ha dise\u00f1ado un sistema para digitalizar los tiques y desde donde se generan las facturas electr\u00f3nicas de dichos gastos con tan solo hacer un clic. El usuario solo debe fotografiar los tiques a trav\u00e9s de la app y recibir\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente las correspondientes facturas electr\u00f3nicas. Si el usuario consume en un comercio fuera de la red DevoluIVA, este tique quedar\u00e1 digitalizado y con el certificado de la AEAT. Todos los tiques digitalizados y las facturas electr\u00f3nicas quedar\u00e1n almacenados en DevoluIVA durante 10 a\u00f1os. As\u00ed se evitan la p\u00e9rdida, el deterioro y se facilita la recuperaci\u00f3n de estos archivos en caso de inspecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Nuevas funcionalidades en DevoluIVA<\/h4>\n

Recientemente, DevoluIVA ha incorporado una nueva funcionalidad mediante la cual, aut\u00f3nomos, pymes y grandes empresas podr\u00e1n digitalizar tambi\u00e9n todas las facturas de sus gastos de representaci\u00f3n utilizando tambi\u00e9n la app. De esta forma, los empresarios recibir\u00e1n todos los justificantes de los gastos de representaci\u00f3n por un mismo canal y en un mismo formato.<\/p>\n

Mediante este convenio, DevoluIVA y AEBALL \/ UPMBALL facilitar\u00e1n la recuperaci\u00f3n del IVA de las empresas asociadas con ventajas exclusivas para ellas.<\/p>\n

\u201cDesde AEBALL\/UPMBALL\u00a0apostamos por este servicio, confiando en que la automatizaci\u00f3n y digitalizaci\u00f3n de este proceso de gesti\u00f3n de gastos comporte mejoras y aumentos de productividad de las empresas. De este modo, los trabajadores podr\u00e1n dedicar su tiempo a otras actividades de m\u00e1s valor a\u00f1adido para la compa\u00f1\u00eda\u201d, <\/em>aportaba\u00a0M.
