column_border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El passat 22 de juny, l\u2019Autoritat Fiscal grega, la IAPR, va anunciar el marc d\u2019implementaci\u00f3 de la plataforma de report fiscal <\/span><b>MyData <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i va presentar els m\u00e8todes i procediments de transmissi\u00f3, aix\u00ed com els futurs terminis d\u2019implementaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb el llan\u00e7ament de la plataforma, la IAPR vol augmentar la seva <\/span><b>capacitat de control<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i proporcionar m\u00e9s <\/span><b>transpar\u00e8ncia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aix\u00ed com contribuir a la <\/span><b>reducci\u00f3 de l\u2019evasi\u00f3 fiscal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del pa\u00eds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aix\u00ed, tots els ingressos i despeses de les empreses s\u2019actualitzaran autom\u00e0ticament a la plataforma i les declaracions dels impostos es podran comparar amb el llibre electr\u00f2nic amb MyData.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Quines dades s\u2019han de reportar?\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tots els contribuents hauran de reportar les seg\u00fcents dades a la plataforma:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Factures <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i rebuts de venda al detall\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dades dels registres comptables<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dades emeses de disposicions fiscals especials i dades sobre el cobrament i pagament del lloguer<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Com es transmetran les dades?\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existeixen diferents maneres per transmetre les dades a la plataforma MyData:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Portal web<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> proporcionat per MyData: les petites empreses podran utilitzar el portal per transmetre a l\u2019Autoritat Fiscal les dades de forma manual.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Caixes registradores<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en l\u00ednia: les empreses que venen a B2C hauran de reportar di\u00e0riament els rebuts a MyData.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Integraci\u00f3 directa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> amb MyData (ERP o software): per enviar altres informes peri\u00f2dics obligatoris.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Prove\u00efdors de serveis <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">connectats amb un agent MyData: si no es disposa de la integraci\u00f3 directa, les empreses podran utilitzar un prove\u00efdor acreditat per enviar la facturaci\u00f3 electr\u00f2nica a temps real.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Quins s\u00f3n els terminis d\u2019implementaci\u00f3?\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A causa de la crisi del coronavirus, la IAPR va decidir <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.voxelgroup.net\/blog\/ca\/impacte-de-la-covid-19-en-la-implementacio-de-la-facturacio-electronica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">introduir la plataforma MyData de forma gradual<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
