As a member of our baVel Cloud Support team, you will provide technical support to solve:
- Queries and / or incidents, configurations and specific training in our digital platform
- Queries and / or incidents, configurations and specific training in the transactional flow by baVel’s system or with other system channels (interconnections with Partners, AS2, Webservice, ftp, mail, etc …)
Nice to have:
- Previous experience as a technical support agent or as an administrative agent
- Advance level of English, Spanish and Catalan is a must (other languages will be highly valued)
- Good communications skills
