As a member of our Implementation & Technical Support team, you will provide technical support, following processes through logging, prioritizing and escalating tech support requests, fixing different issues via telephone, remote support or email. You will be liaising with other internal teams in order to solve the issues.
Nice to have:
- Technical training
- Previous experience in technical support
- Advance level of English, Spanish and Catalan is a must (other languages will be highly valued)
- Good communications skills
