How we do that?

If you like to meet the needs of customers and have good communication skills, at Voxel you will be able to evolve in a role that aims to:

  • Maximize the % of electronic invoices sent by suppliers operating across the Bavel network (our software) to reach 100% of their invoices issued electronically. 
  • Facilitate the communication between customers and suppliers, to achieve the activation of the customer’s protocol.
  • Be aware of all protocols and keep them documented and updated, as well as of any situation that may affect the development of the projects.
  • Thanks to the direct contact with the users, detect possible threats, opportunities and improvements, as well as identifying advantages for the Business team.
  • Actively participate in RollOut campaigns.

  • If you have previous experience in a team or administrative environment.
  • If you have day-to-day contact with customers (remote telephone/email management).
  • If you are interested in the IT field (remember that we are an electronic invoicing and payment company). 
  • If your level of English is advanced, apart from speaking Catalan and Spanish (other languages will be valued).
  • If your skills include good communication and negotiation experience.
  • It will be great if you know the HORECA sector.
