TUI UK is pleased to inform you that, in line with European ebilling regulatory requirements (EU Directive 2001/115/EC) and in order to save paper and streamline the invoice processing cycle, we have implemented a new more efficient and eco-friendly electronic billing procedure.
To this end, we are happy to announce the adoption of baVel, the largest electronic billing platform in the tourist industry, used by over 400 travel operators and over 15.000 tourist suppliers worldwide.
Upon signing of TUI UK’s terms and conditions, you agreed to send invoices electronically to TUI UK via the baVel eBilling platform. This mandatory requirement means that paper, fax and email invoices will no longer be accepted. We urge
you to sign up with baVel by following the link at the bottom of this page as soon as possible.
We would like to thank you in advance and appreciate your commitment to implementing this new procedure which will not only allow us to expedite invoice processing, but will also help you cut down invoicing costs (e.g. avoiding postal charges, voucher verifications and payment delays) and, at the same time, will help sustain and protect the environment.
