Privacy Policy for Event Attendees
In compliance with the provisions of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, the “LOPDGDD”), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, the “GDPR”), we hereby inform you of our current policies and practices regarding the processing of your personal data, specifically your image and/or voice (hereinafter, the “Personal Data”), collected by VOXEL MEDIA SLU (hereinafter, the “Company” or “we”) during your attendance at events organized by the Company. Such Personal Data may be used, exploited, edited, published, or distributed, in whole or in part, without any limitation as to territory or duration, for the primary purpose of disseminating and publishing images captured during events organized by the Company on its website and official social media channels.
The processing of Personal Data does not constitute any infringement of your honor or reputation, nor does it amount to an unlawful interference with your privacy, in accordance with Spanish Organic Law 1/1982 of 5 May on the civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one’s own image (hereinafter, the “Honor, Privacy and Image Rights Protection Law”).

Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis
Your Personal Data captured in photographs and/or videos during events organized by the Company will be processed for the purpose of disseminating and publishing such images and/or videos through internal media, the Company’s website, and its official social media channels. The purpose of this processing is to publicize and promote events organized by the Company through the use, exploitation, editing, publication, or distribution of such images and/or videos, in whole or in part, without limitation as to territory or duration. Such processing shall be carried out in accordance with the Honor, Privacy and Image Rights Protection Law.
The legal basis for the processing is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Such consent includes authorization for the use of your image in accordance with the provisions of the Honor, Privacy and Image Rights Protection Law, with the possibility of revocation at any time pursuant to that Law.The grant of image rights is made free of charge and for an indefinite period, until you decide to withdraw your consent. Failure to provide consent will not result in any disadvantage or detriment to you during the event.
Data Recipients
Your Personal Data may be shared with the Company’s employees solely for the purposes described above. No international transfers of Personal Data are envisaged.
Data Retention
Your Personal Data will be processed for as long as you do not withdraw the consent granted and will be deleted promptly upon such withdrawal. Thereafter, the data will be retained in a blocked form for the purpose of complying with judicial or administrative requests and, where applicable, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims arising from the processing, and only for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Once such periods have expired, your Personal Data will be permanently deleted.
Data Protection Rights
You have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation from the Company as to whether or not your Personal Data is being processed by us. You also have the right to request access to your Personal Data, as well as its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and to object to the processing. In addition, you have the right to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. With regard to the right to data portability, you have the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, and machine- eadable format and to request its transmission to another data controller, without hindrance from the controller to whom the data was originally provided.
