Agile methodologies
We use agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and we like to organize ourselves in multidisciplinary teams that are capable of a 360 degree vision of each project. This results in better interdepartmental communication, better organized teams, better task prioritization, increased efficiency and focus.
Fem Equip
It is a group made up of volunteers from different teams in the organization who arrange recreational activities at the office and outside of work. Fem Equip is also responsible for gathering ideas from all those that work at Voxel and trying to implement them. In short, Fem Equip is in charge of Voxel’s social activities.
Organa
The Organa project promotes initiatives to foster diversity, equity and inclusion for all, both within and outside of Voxel. It also strives to ensure a diverse group, promoting the integration of professionals with varied profiles, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, beliefs, age, disability, or any other personal or social circumstance.
