Our selection process takes technical skills into account, as well as cultural fit, to ensure a perfect match. These are the steps we will complete together:
This is an informal chat during which the People team will check the candidate’s values and make an initial assessment of his or her competencies for the position.
It is carried out by a person from the area looking to expand its team and the aim is to confirm the candidate’s competencies.
The candidate will take a test to demonstrate his or her competencies. Sometimes this will be a technical test and sometimes a role play, or, in other words, an interaction to see how a person behaves in a given situation.
The final phase of the selection process is to have a coffee with the team. At this stage, the candidate gets to know his or her future colleagues and can ask them anything about the company. In turn, colleagues assess how well that person fits into the team and its dynamics.

We use agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and we like to organize ourselves in multidisciplinary teams that are capable of a 360 degree vision of each project. This results in better interdepartmental communication, better organized teams, better task prioritization, increased efficiency and focus.
It is a group made up of volunteers from different teams in the organization who arrange recreational activities at the office and outside of work. Fem Equip is also responsible for gathering ideas from all those that work at Voxel and trying to implement them. In short, Fem Equip is in charge of Voxel’s social activities.
